30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:


    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4

    - Valet Trash: $25

    - Amenity Fee: $20

    - Pest Control: $4

    - Water: Sub-metered based on individual home usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent

    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a separate account with a utility provider of their choice

    - Pet: If applicable, $15 per pet

    - Reserved Covered Parking: If applicable, $50

    - Reserved Garage: If applicable, $150

    - Storage: If applicable, $25 - $40

    - Debit Card Payments will incur a service fee ranging from $3.95 to $9.95 per transaction

    - Credit Card Payments will incur a service fee of 2.95% per transaction

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To finalize your approval, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Nash as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:

    - Electronically signing your lease
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.

  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to The Nash!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. Then, we will set up a move-in appointment.

    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Here is the information regarding parking options:

    - Residents: You may park in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that this option is only available for the unreserved spaces. Alternatively, you can also choose to rent a reserved parking spot for $50 per month or garage parking for $150 per month.

    - Guests: If you are a guest, you have the option to park on the street or request a visitor parking pass, depending on availability.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We're happy to share that we have Package Lockers with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in these lockers. Each resident will receive a unique code to enter the package locker and retrieve their items.

  • What school district is The Nash in?

    Students at our community attend Dallas ISD. Depending on their grade level, students will go to:
    - Lee A. McShan Jr. Elementary School
    - Sam Tasby Middle School
    - Emmett J. Conrad High School.
